The purpose of the program is to pair an emerging researcher with a mentor who can guide them toward pursuing an independent research career. Awards are for studies in the United States or internationally at an accredited medical school or institution affiliated with a university teaching program.

Grants to Ontario nonprofit organizations and neighborhood associations in eligible locations for projects, activities, and events to enhance the quality of life for local residents. First-time applicants must have received a project grant before they are eligible to apply for an investment grant. Areas of focus include social services and health, recreation, the environment, arts, culture, and heritage. Eligible applicants are located and conduct the majority of activities within the geographic boundaries of the City of Peterborough.

Grants to New York nonprofit organizations for community benefit programs in eligible locations. Funding is intended for activities and projects within the focus areas of PreK-12 education, health care access, tolerance education, cultural and civic organizations, and Jewish life and culture. The Foundation supports programs and organizations in Rochester, with priority given to nonprofits in or near Monroe County.

Grants to California public entities, private entities, and tribes for projects to enhance zero-emission vehicle refueling and charging infrastructure. Funding is intended to support infrastructure for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles. The purpose of the program is to reduce dependence on petroleum transportation fuels.

Grants of up to $25,000 to Nova Scotia registered charities, community organizations, and nonprofits to improve services offered to individuals with substance abuse disorders and mental illness. Applicants will be asked to describe how their proposal meets a need that is not being sufficiently met. The purpose of the program is to improve services provided by the Nova Scotia Mental Health & Addictions Program, Central Zone. These grants are open exclusively to projects that wouldn’t typically receive funding from capital or operating budgets.

Grants to New York CBOs, nonprofit organizations, and Tribal organizations for the reduction or mitigation of pollution in eligible regions. Applicants must prequalify prior to submitting an application. Funding is intended for a wide range of initiatives. Mitigation techniques can be varied, and multiple techniques can be implemented. Eligible projects for grant funding must be in either a Disadvantaged Community (DACs) as defined by the Climate Justice Working Group, or an Environmental Justice Community.

Grants to Alberta nonprofit organizations to enhance the quality of life for residents in eligible regions. Funding is intended for general operating support. Eligible organizations may have a focus that falls into one of the following categories: social services or sports and recreation. Organizations must serve residents of Edmonton.

Grants to North Carolina universities and nonprofit research organizations for life sciences and technology inventions with commercial potential. Applicants must register on the application portal before submitting a proposal, and previously funded applicants must contact program staff before applying. Funding is intended for team-driven and milestone-based projects to advance scientific discoveries toward commercialization opportunities.

Grants of up to $10,000 to Georgia nonprofit organizations in eligible counties for programs and services that benefit local residents. Funding is intended for organizations that assist with food, health, safety, shelter, education, economic development, and cultural enrichment in the following counties: Hart, Stephens, Franklin, Madison, Banks, and Elbert.

Grants to Colorado community-based organizations for programs that benefit local students in eligible areas. Funding is intended for educational programs and learning projects designed for students in K-12 public schools. Eligible programs and activities benefit students in Routt County.

Grant to a Wisconsin nonprofit organization, tribal entity, or government agency for programs to provide medication for substance abuse disorders. Funding is intended to enhance access to medicated recovery for underserved populations. The grant program aims to treat addiction to opioids.

Grants to Virginia local law enforcement agencies to implement the use of forensic technologies to reduce violent crime. Applicants are advised to complete the required registration in advance of the deadline. Funding is intended for the purchase and use of a wide variety of forensic and analytical resources.

Grants to California nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies in eligible locations for activities to assist low- and moderate-income residents. Funding is intended to support projects that build viable communities by assisting with increased economic opportunities, suitable living environments, and decent housing, primarily for residents with low and moderate incomes. Funded projects must serve residents in the City of Riverside.

Grants to USA mathematics department faculty members at institutions of higher education for networking, research, and collaboration in the field of mathematics. Funding is intended to support travel expenses, costs related to hosting scholars, general research expenses, and discretionary funds to enhance the research atmosphere.

Grants to California private and public entities, Tribes, and Tribal organizations and hydrogen refueling station developers to expand access to hydrogen fueling stations. Funding is intended for the development of stations, capital funds to reopen stations, and the operation and maintenance of stations. Category 1 applications are available only to projects located in San Francisco and Sacramento Counties.

Grants to Colorado individual artists in eligible locations to promote professional and career development. Funding is intended to encourage leadership and good practices that will advance the creative economy, support professionals and businesses, and enhance cultural dialog. Individuals may apply for any professional development opportunity they wish. Eligible applicants are located in Boulder.

Grants of up to $10,000 to Minnesota nonprofit organizations and government agencies in eligible counties to support arts in the community. Grant funds may be used for capital projects such as facility improvements and for equipment purchases. Funding is intended to strengthen organizational capacity to serve the arts needs of the region. Applicant organizations must be located within the SW MN Arts Council service region, consisting of eighteen counties (Big Stone, Chippewa, Cottonwood, Jackson, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Lincoln, Lyon, McLeod, Meeker, Murray, Nobles, Pipestone, Redwood, Renville, Rock, Swift, and Yellow Medicine counties) and two tribal nations (Pezihutazizi/Upper Sioux Community, Cansayapi/Lower Sioux Community).
