Eligible organizations focus their efforts on communities in Southeastern Michigan.

Funding is intended to support operations that are verifiable farm businesses. Eligible expenses are associated with the production and marketing of diversified farm enterprises, value-added, and agritourism endeavors. The farm tract and farming operation on which the funds are to be used must be in Orange County.

Grants to Illinois industrial and commercial business and property owners in eligible locations for capital improvement projects. Funding is intended for improvements to building exteriors, interiors, mechanical systems, and most other permanent building improvements. Eligible properties are located within specific TIF districts in Chicago.

Grants to Kansas nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and faith-based entities to address community needs in eligible locations. Funding is intended to improve the quality of life for local residents and respond to issues within the focus areas of education, public health, community impact, youth sports, extracurricular activities, and disaster relief. Eligible projects benefit the Russell County area.

Grants of $1,000 to California and Nevada individual artists for public art projects in eligible locations. Funding is intended to transform public structures into an art form; increase public awareness of art; broaden viewers' perspectives of public spaces within the city; and foster a sense of place. Successful applications will design and paint artwork on signal boxes in Reno.

Award of up to $5,000 to a USA, Canada, or International undergraduate activist in recognition of exceptional activities that promote the preservation of freshwater and marine resources. Eligible nominees have championed their cause and garnered peer support throughout the school year. In addition to the monetary prize, the winner will also receive mentorship from MCN and be partners for the academic year.

Opportunity for USA artists and teams of artists to receive a commission to create public artwork in Arizona. The purpose of the project is to create a large-scale mural that adds vibrancy and reflects the local character of the neighborhood. Artists will engage with community members and local businesses to create their work. The site of the California Avenue mural is located off California and Keystone Avenue in the Old Southwest neighborhood of Reno on the periphery of the Downtown, MidTown, and River Walk areas.

Grants to Minnesota and Wisconsin nonprofit organizations to benefit communities in eligible locations. Funding is intended for activities and programs that promote community health and stability and help underserved and under-resourced residents. The Foundation primarily, but not exclusively, serves St. Croix Valley communities including Washington and eastern Ramsey County (in MN) and Polk, St. Croix, and Pierce counties (in WI).

Grants of up to $1,000 to Louisiana individuals in eligible parishes for career development opportunities. Funding is intended to promote professional development for artistically promising high school or college students. Recognized arts disciplines for this program are performing arts, visual arts, dance, folklife, literary arts, media arts, music, theater, and arts administration. Eligible applicants live in the eight-parish region of Acadiana, including Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, and Vermilion Parishes.

Grants to Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, DC nonprofit charitable and educational organizations to benefit women, children, and families in eligible regions. Funding is intended to impact the community in the areas of philanthropy, education, and food and hospitality. Grants to organizations in Delaware exclude the greater Wilmington area.

Grants of up to $10,000 to North Carolina nonprofit organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and congregations to address racial inequities experienced by the African American community in eligible locations. Funding is intended to support projects, programs, and services in the areas of public education, health, and economic development. Projects and programs that demonstrate their ability to attain measurable results will receive higher consideration. Funded projects must serve the residents of Mecklenburg County.

Grants to Florida and Georgia nonprofit organizations for programming that benefits residents in eligible locations. Funding is intended to support a wide range of activities in the focus areas of youth education, military and veteran support services, and community-building initiatives. Projects may include pilot or ongoing programs. Applicants must be located in VyStar's service area.

Grants of up to $10,000 to Washington K-12 public school teachers and teams of teachers for educational and extracurricular programs that benefit students. Funding is intended for programs that enhance student learning and promote the professional development of teachers. The Foundation is looking for educators who understand the social, emotional, and academic challenges of their students. Grants are offered for Academic Enrichment and Professional Learning.

Grants to Hawaii K-12 public schools for arts programming. Funding is intended to both integrate art into the classroom curriculum and to introduce students to public art. The goal of the program is to provide learning opportunities related to dance, drama/theatre, literary arts, mime, music, puppetry, and visual arts through artist residences in schools.

Grant of up to $15,000 to a Missouri nonprofit organization, government agency, school district, or faith-based entity to enhance the quality of life for residents in eligible locations. Funding is intended to address the needs of children with disabilities. Eligible activities improve outcomes for the residents of Joplin.

Grants of up to $20,000 to Iowa nonprofit organizations for public service initiatives in eligible locations. Funding is intended for capital expenditures for facilities, equipment, and buildings. Eligible proposals must be from organizations located in or serving Floyd County.

Grant of $1,000 to a California or Nevada individual artist or team of artists to produce a public piece of art in eligible locations. The commissioned artist or team will work with local stakeholders and community members to develop a mural that reflects the urban and natural environment. The City of Reno is seeking artists for a ground mural opportunity at the intersection of Yori Avenue and Roberts Street.

Grants of up to $5,000 to Colorado nonprofit organizations for projects and programs to benefit residents in eligible regions. Funding is intended to enhance the quality of life for local residents and reinforce local government activities. Eligible organizations benefit residents of the Town of Crested Butte.

Grants to Maryland government agencies, nonprofit organizations, IHEs, businesses, and producer organizations for projects to improve the local food industry. Eligible projects enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops grown within the state. Priorities include increasing consumption, improving efficiency and reducing costs, pest and disease control, expanding crop research and development, food safety, and developing seed varieties.
